The client, businessman and realty TV star, Marcus Lemonis, is currently known for CNBC's show "The Profit" as well as an appearance on Donald Trump's realty show "The Apprentice".

Architectural Design, Significant Renovation, Historic Preservation via Facade Easement, Interior Design, Casework, Construction and Hardscape. White oak trees from the site were hand-milled into custom plank flooring, kiln-dried and then hand-scraped.
